I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hot Space, located at 1600 Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality, variety, and flavor of the food. I started with the Crab Rangoon appetizer - crispy wontons filled with a delicious blend of crab and cream cheese. The tangy, slightly sweet dipping sauce elevated the flavors.

Next, I opted for a customized sushi roll from the "I Don't Like Raw Stuff Roll" section, which allowed me to choose my preferred ingredients and enjoy a personalized dish. The sushi chef skillfully crafted a roll with shrimp tempura, avocado, and cucumber, drizzled with a flavorful eel sauce. It was a perfect balance of textures and tastes.

I then tried the Spicy Szechuan Noodles from the Chinese Cuisine section. These noodles were cooked to al dente perfection, coated in a savory sauce with a subtle spicy kick. Combined with the accompanying vegetables, it was a fulfilling and satisfying dish.

To wrap up my meal, I indulged in the Mango Mochi from the Dessert section. The delicate mochi exterior encased a delightful mango filling. The contrast of textures, coupled with the natural sweetness of the fruit, made for a delightful end to my meal.
